GLOSS & GRID MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT This Master Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Gloss & Grid Design House ("Designer") and the undersigned Client ("Client") upon submission of the deposit payment. 1. SCOPE OF WORK Designer agrees to deliver the website package selected by Client at checkout. The package tier, page count, and deliverables are fixed at the moment of deposit and listed on the Pricing page. 2. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS A non-refundable deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total package price is due at the time this Agreement is executed. The remaining fifty percent (50%) balance is due upon project completion and prior to public launch or transfer of any final files. The deposit secures Client's build slot in Designer's queue and compensates Designer for time reserved. 3. ASSET DELIVERY TIMELINE Client agrees to submit all brand assets — including but not limited to logo files, portfolio photos, written salon policies, and preferred custom domain — through the secure Onboarding Portal within fourteen (14) calendar days of deposit receipt. Failure to deliver assets within this window may delay launch, and Designer reserves the right to charge a $75 reactivation fee for projects paused longer than 30 days. 4. REVISIONS Each build includes two (2) free rounds of revisions after launch. Additional revisions are billed at $30 per request or may be covered by an active monthly retainer plan. 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Upon receipt of final payment, Client receives full ownership of the delivered website code, design files, and content. Designer retains the right to display the completed work in portfolio and marketing materials. 6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES Client warrants that all submitted assets (photos, logos, copy, reviews) are either owned by Client or used with appropriate license. Client indemnifies Designer against any third-party claim arising from submitted content. 7. CANCELLATION Client may cancel the project at any time. The 50% deposit is non-refundable in all cancellation scenarios. Any work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced at the rate of $95/hour. 8. COMMUNICATION Primary communication will occur via email at the address provided at checkout. Designer commits to responding within two (2) business days during the active build window. 9. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Designer is registered. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in that jurisdiction. 10. ACCEPTANCE By checking the acceptance box at checkout and submitting the deposit, Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to every term above, including the non-refundable nature of the deposit and the 14-day asset delivery timeline.
